Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges and we do not issue refunds. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at dreamsquishyandmore@gmail.com as soon as possible after receiving your order.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue.
If we determine that the item arrived damaged, defective, or that an incorrect item was sent, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
