Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

Processing times do not include weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped via USPS.

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery time is approximately 3–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please carefully review your shipping information before submitting your order. Dream Squishy and More is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been shipped and transferred to the shipping carrier, Dream Squishy and More is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered while in the carrier's possession.

If your tracking information shows a delay, loss, or delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly and provide your tracking number to initiate an inquiry or claim.

We will be happy to provide any available order or tracking information that may assist you with the carrier's investigation.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available. Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after your package has been accepted.
